Well at long last the ‘scaffolding’ outside of the Library has finally (For the time being) been removed – I spoke to the workmen as they dismantled the scaffolding – they having a real good laugh when I asked whether there had been a daily rate charge for ‘months’ it had been there – so can’t say as they didn’t commit any information – but they seemed very happy anyway – 6 new windows and a bit of flashing….
More Fly-Tipping on the Benwick Road/Eastrea – as always when found BB reports it to FDC who do a fantastic ‘Rapid Response’ in getting it taken away.
