Spammed address…..

Unfortunately more than one person has been caught out in Whittlesey with this latest Scam. There are several ‘give-aways’ here

1/ Although addressed to my e-mail address (This is easily obtained) it is not to me (named personally)
2/ The e-mail originates from a false BBC address (NOT TV Licensing)
3/ Your TV License will always expire at the end of a calendar month – NOT on the 07 December.
4/ Grammatical errors.
5/ Check it is NOT my TV License Number

Your TV Licence will expire    Friday07 December 2018  . You must renew now, quickly and easily online.

We’re sorry to let you know that the TV Licence could not be automatically renewed.  Something’s gone wrong with your payments.
